ABSTRACT
When I first heard Dr. Zbigniew Czyrny present his paper on the ultrasonography of muscles at the International Radiology Conference in Warsaw in 2009, I wondered why it had taken so long for anyone to point out the error in our understanding of the anatomy of the “musculotendinous” junction.
